The ERC range of Benison automatic sleeve and cap seal applicators come as standard
models, but can also be custom
built for customers requirements and specifications.Constructed from stainless steel and aluminium alloys these units will provide low maintenance operation. Packing speed will vary depending upon the shape and length of the product but on average, speeds of 180 to 350 pieces per minute can be achieved. Change-over time for different products is quick and easy and only requires around 10 minutes to accomplish. When used in conjunction with the ERC induction or steam type tunnels excellent results can be achieved on most product types.
