Set Height ModelThe set height model is for low profile packs. This is our most basic unit for low volume users. This models also comes in adjustable height for higher profile packs with the added feature of magnetic lock hold down.
Adjustable Height With Magnetic LockERC have a wide range of L-Bar sealers available to suit most applications. These basic units start from the bench top CPL and CPLA units up to the CPLSA semi automatic models. There are two standard seal sizes available from 450mm x 450mm to 600mm x 800mm models. Special sizes can made to order. When used with the NST range of hot air tunnels these units provide high quality but economical shrink wrapping for your product.
Semi-Auto Conveyor Take OffThis model is for higher volume users and is semi automated. It has a magnetic hold down and an automatic conveyor discharge with the option to have a heat tunnel added.
Semi-Auto L-Bar and Tunnel SystemOut all in one unit features magnetic lock conveyor discharge with adjustale height for larger packs, combined with a heat efficiency shrink tunnel.
Auto L-BarThe Benison range of fully automatic L Bar systems come with a large range of options. The L Bar system comes in various sizes to provide versatile automatic shrink-wrapping when used in conjunction with the DS or DSE high-speed hot air tunnel. Standard models are available and we can also custom make to suit our customer's requirements.
The ERC range of heat tunnels start with low to medium tunnels up to high speed polyolefin and PE tunnels to suit
any requirements needed for a wide variety of films.
Automatic Side SealerThe high-speed side seal is capable of packing up to 80 packs per minute using a wide variety of films, including PE for high-speed applications.
