Delivery or Pickup

At the checkout, the cost of delivery will be calculated with current Australia Post data but may be adjusted depending on the actual cost charged by Australia Post. Any additional cost will be added to your payment.

Goods will be dispatched to the nominated shipping address once full payment has been made and cleared. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider or availability of goods.

Goods that are in stock will generally be dispatched same day with a 1-7 days delivery time via Australia Post. You will be provided with a shipping consignment number once the goods have been dispatched so that you can track and trace the delivery progress via the Australia Post Parcel Tracker.

Due to some border closures and restrictions, delays with some deliveries may be experienced. 

We will not be held liable for any goods that are lost or damaged in transit. All goods will be clearly labelled, packed and sealed adequately beforehand to ensure safe shipping, but anything can happen once they're out of our door and out of our control. If you have any concerns, then we strongly recommend you take advantage of the optional insurance (Extra Cover) and/or Required Signature for a small additional cost with the order and may be selected from the delivery options.

When using the Click n'Collect service, place your order and select the Pick Up From Store option. Your order will be processed and you will be notified when it's ready to collect. We provide a COVID-19 safe environment for our pickup service. Please make that you Check-In to comply with Services Victoria COVID-Safe guidelines when visiting the store using the provided QR codes displayed at the entrance and in the store.
