We do not recommend using Reelplay TV on the Optus NBN or Vodafone 4G/5G wireless networks as they have insufficient and consistent speed and WILL cause continual playback problems such as regular buffering and connection dropouts. Buying from Another World Computer Centre works out slightly cheaper than buying direct due to lower processing fees. eg. Reelplay charges a 3% surcharge when paying online via the box or the Reelplay website by credit card, where as we only charge 1.9% for Visa, Mastercard or Amex. We also offer the convenience of paying via PayPal or Bitcoin which is not available on the box or Reelplay website.
