We do not recommend using Reelplay TV on the Optus NBN or Vodafone 4G/5G wireless networks as they have insufficient and consistent speed and WILL cause continual playback problems such as regular buffering and connection dropouts. We strongly recommend customers Switch to TPG or other premium service providers with at least 50Mbps or higher speed for optimal performance.

Reelplay charges a 3% surcharge when paying online via the box or the Reelplay website by credit card, where as we only charge 1.9% for Visa, Mastercard or Amex. We also offer the convenience of paying via PayPal, Afterpay, Zip, Direct Debit or Bitcoin which is not available on the box or Reelplay website.
