We do not recommend using Reelplay TV on the Optus NBN or Vodafone 4G/5G wireless networks as they have insufficient and consistent speed and WILL cause continual playback problems such as regular buffering and connection dropouts. Buying from Another World Computer Services works out slightly cheaper than buying direct due to lower processing fees. eg. Reelplay charges a 3% surcharge when paying online via the box or the Reelplay website by credit card, where as we only charge 1.9% for Visa, Mastercard or Amex. We also offer the convenience of paying via PayPal, Afterpay, Zip, Direct Debit or Bitcoin which is not available on the box or Reelplay website.

Poor internet connectivity may cause dropouts or buffering of the video streaming service. It is the owners responsibility to ensure that their internet service is functioning correctly and has sufficient speed, quality and reliability to handle the service. For best results we recommend a minimum speed of 50Mbps or higher with reputable NBN service such as Pronto Broadband or TPG. Because internet streaming services can be affected by outages either locally, nationally, or internationally, Reelplay nor Another World Computer Services cannot guarantee streaming to be available 100% of the time. Outages and other internet issues may affect LiveTV and ReelTime recording features on the Reelplay box and all content may not be available from time to time when these issues occur.
